Riviera Marina

This public-private partnership is developing land next to the Riviera State Park that will include a luxury resort, mixed used community, and full-service marina. Planned to open in 2020, the marina portion of the development will include a six lane boat launch site, parking, fuel and a store, with 200 boat slips and space for 300 boats in dry storage.
